This one is handmade from 1095 tool steel.  A hand ground and polished edge is held firm in your hand by press strand bamboo scales. Scales are secured with solid bronze pins.  For care...Simply wipe down with food safe mineral oil after hand washing.  

Blade has been hand etched

Blade is 3 inches long . Full tang.   6 1/2 inches tip to tang.
